Ohio OL eyes Iowa State trip

The Cyclones are the only Power-5 option for an Ohio prep offensive lineman who said he would like to take a visit to Ames during spring practice.

Beaver Eastern junior Dalton Tomlison, who also has a Central Florida offer under his belt, likes what he’s seen from the Cyclones as a program and on the recruiting trail.

The 6-foot-5, 275-pound Tomlison is being recruited by offensive coordinator and line coach Tom Manning, as well as area recruiter Jon Heacock.

Tomlison would likely end up playing offensive guard at the next level, and said he’s gotten some positive feedback from Manning throughout the recruiting process.

For more on Tomlison's recruitment and how the Cyclones up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
