Iowa St. in top group for RB

The Cyclones entered the picture for a three-star running back from the state of Indiana, handing the Class of 2018 prospect an offer back on April 20th.

Indianapolis Ben Davis rusher Johnny Adams said he’s been in contact with assistant coach Lou Ayeni since picking up the offer from I-State

The 5-foot-11, 187-pound Adams is the seventh-ranked player overall in Indiana and 13th-ranked all-purpose running back nationally in the Class of 2018. He also has a Power-5 offer from Syracuse and several in the G5 ranks.

Although Adams would not disclose his current list of favorites, he did say that I-State would be in the mix.
