Cyclones make offer to Ark. OL

A months-long recruiting process led to an Iowa State offer for an Arkansas prep offensive lineman on Friday, and the prospect is now talking a visit in the coming weeks.

Blytheville junior Larry Clark said he initially started hearing from the Cyclones several months ago, but that the interest picked up last week and led to his receiving his fourth offer the recruiting process.

The 6-foot-4, 280-pound Clark also has offers from Kansas, Louisiana-Monroe and Central Arkansas, plus interest from Oklahoma and Mississippi State.

The next step for Clark is to see the I-State campus in person, and he’ll have the opportunity to do that next month when he makes the trip to Ames for a camp.
