Although things didn't work out for a Texas JUCO defensive back during his first stint at a Power-5 program, the prospect is on track to get another opportunity starting in 2018.

Trinity Valley redshirt freshman Greg Eisworth, who was a member of the Ole Miss football program during an injury-plagued season last fall before moving on, has claimed offers from the Cyclones and Colorado to go along with interest from Houston.

The 6-foot-0, 195-pound Eisworth was a three-star recruit with a 5.6 Rivals rating coming out of South Grand Prairie High School in Texas, selecting Ole Miss over Power-5 offers from Baylor, Iowa, Kansas and Oklahoma.

Since picking up his offer from I-State, Eisworth has done his research on the program and school, and likes what he sees of the fan base.

For more on Eisworth's recruitment and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
