Iowa St. offers huge Florida DT
One of the top interior defensive linemen in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area of Florida recently picked up an offer from the Cyclones, and is weighing all of his options.
Largo Pinellas Park junior Jordon Scott, a three-star recruit that’s ranked 98th in the state of Florida for the Class of 2017, said he picked up the offer earlier this month.
The 6-foot-1, 345-pound Scott said he heard good things about the Cyclone program from another Class of 2016 recruit that ended up signing elsewhere.
In addition to I-State, Scott has Power-5 offers from the likes of Florida State, Indiana, Minnesota and Rutgers.
