WR Martin lines up I-State visit
A three-star high school senior wide receiver from the state of Michigan is looking forward to reuniting with many members of Matt Campbell’s coaching staff in Ames during his official visit.
Harper Woods Chandler Park Academy’s Jalen Martin had originally committed to Toledo when Matt Campbell was the head coach.
Martin said his official visit will start on Saturday, as he plays a basketball game on Friday night. The wide receiver will be taking the trip with his father.
For right now, Martin said the plan is to take at least one more official visit following the Cyclones’ one, and that one will be to Toledo later this month.
