Still a good vibe for Russell, ISU

An Iowa State target on the defensive side of the ball has seen his recruiting stock pick up over the past week, but still considers the Big 12 school to be one of his favorites.

Overland Park St. Thomas Aquinas junior Jayden Russell recently picked up offers from Duke and Boston College. He's also continued to remained close with those around the Cyclone program.

In addition to I-State and his two most recent offers, Russell has P5 ones from the likes of Kansas and Kansas State.

With Duke and Boston College entering the fray, Russell now appears to be in wait-and-see mode.
