Report: Nealy to ISU

According to a Des Moines television station, Iowa State scored a major recruiting win Thursday night with a verbal commitment from Monticello (Fla.) Jefferson County all-purpose back DeVondrick Nealy.
John Walters from ABC5 in Des Moines and the radio play-by-play voice of the Cyclones tweeted and reported Thursday night that Nealy had committed to ISU.

The 5-foot-10, 175-pound Nealy is ranked as the no. 7 all-purpose back in the country and no. 81 prospect in Florida by Rivals.com. He officially visited Iowa State in December and also visited Michigan in October.
Nealy's reported offer list included Arkansas, Auburn, Duke, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Minnesota, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, South Florida, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas Tech and others.
