Productive visit for I-State commit Remsburg

One of three committed players on campus this past Saturday, a central Iowa offensive lineman said he enjoyed a busy day with his future teammates and some recruits he'd like to have join him in the 2019 class.

West Des Moines Valley junior Jake Remsburg, who picked Iowa State back in December of last year, joined commitsEaston Dean and Darien Porter.

The 6-foot-6, 285-pound Remsburg is a three-star prospect with a 5.5 Rivals rating. The offensive lineman said a key part of this visit was conversing with assistant offensive line coach Jeff Myers, who is the heir apparent for Tom Manning, who has departed for the NFL.

In addition to meeting Myers and the uncommitted recruits on campus, Remsburg said his latest visit was focused on the off-field aspects of I-State.

For more on Remsburg's latest unofficial visit and how the past few months have gone since his commitment, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
