Productive ISU visit for WR Jones

A borderline Rivals four-star wide receiver prospect traveled to Ames last weekend for the second official visit of his recruiting process.

South Fort Myers senior Jeshaun Jones said he liked attending a game at Jack Trice Stadium and many other aspects of his official visit.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Jones, a three-star wide receiver with a 5.7 Rivals rating, was taking his second official visit of the process, after traveling to Tennessee last month. He’s also planning a stop at Maryland next month. In addition to those three schools, Jones has Power-5 offers from Arkansas, Florida State, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, NC State, Rutgers. Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

Freshman wide receiver Tarique Milton, also a native of Florida, hosted Jones over the weekend.
