OL visitor meets likely new position coach

After a junior prospect's latest visit to Iowa State, head coach Matt Campbell told the recruit he's looking forward to intensifying the staff's recruitment of him.

Washington junior J.J. Guedet took his second unofficial visit to Ames this past weekend, and said the latest stop was the most in-depth.

Guedet is a pretty big target for a number of FCS teams presently. He also has P5 offers from Illinois, Iowa, Louisville and Minnesota, in addition to a number from G5 conferences.

The 6-foot-8, 255-pound offensive tackle said he looks forward to continuing to build that connection in the coming months with what would be his third trip to ISU.

For more on Guedet's latest unofficial visit and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
