OL Cox Reflects on Latest ISU Visit

Iowa State offered a Class of 2018 offensive lineman from the state of Illinois over the summer and continues to make a strong impression on the recruit.

Peoria standout Marques Cox was on campus for the season opener against Northern Iowa and said the experience was a positive.

The 6-foot-5, 280-pound junior has one offer to date – from the Cyclones – and has gotten interest from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Central Michigan.

That interest may pick up in the near future, as more film emerges of Cox playing on the outside of the line this season.
