March has I-State visit target date

A three-star defensive back from the state of Michigan is considering taking an unofficial visit to Iowa State later this month.

East English Village junior Zhamaine March, who says he’s familiar with other current and future Cyclones from the area like quarterback commit Dwan Mathis, Michigan graduate transfer David Dawson and freshman Richard Bowens, said he’s hearing the most from assistant coach D.K. McDonald.

The 5-foot-9, 165-pound March has done his research on the program since picking up the offer, and watched the Cyclones play on occasion during the 2016 season.

March, who also has offers from Syracuse, Northern Illinois, Central Michigan, Toledo, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan, is targeting a visit for April 20th.
