Lubin primed for first visit to ISU

This weekend's official visitor roster is comprised largely of committed kids in the Class of 2017, but there are a few in the mix that have yet to choose a school of choice.

One of those is Hollywood (Fla.) South Broward senior Jeffrey Lubin is a two-star prospect by Rivals.com that has received a 5.4 rating and has another Power-5 offers from Pittsburgh and Rutgers to go with G5 schools Ball State and Miami (Ohio).

Lubin is being recruited to play cornerback, but certainly has the frame to add the pounds necessary for a move to safety. He says assistant coach D.K. McDonald has told him to come in ready to compete if he signs on in the Class of 2017.

For more on Lubin's recruitment and how the Cyclones up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
