LB Campbell knows he's an ISU priority

Iowa State coaches continue to demonstrate to an in-state linebacker that he is one of the top targets on their 2019 recruiting board.

Cedar Falls three-star linebacker Jack Campbell has been recruited hard by Iowa State since being offered prior to his junior year. He said the coaches are still saying and doing all of the right things.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound Campbell, who also has Power-5 offers from Iowa and Minnesota, said he was impressed by what the Cyclones showed on the field in 2017.

The junior prospect, who took an unofficial visit for the Kansas game this season, is expecting to make another stop in Ames in March or April during spring practice.

For more on Campbell's recruitment and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
