Lawrence impressed on ISU visit

The Cyclones recently hosted one of the top offensive linemen in the country for an unofficial visit, and the 2018 prospect came away impressed with what he experienced.

Memphis (Tenn.) Harding Academy’s Will Lawrence picked up an offer from the Cyclones last month, and that prompted an unofficial visit.

Although a three-star prospect by Rivals that’s ranked as the 28th best prospect in Tennessee for the Class of 2018, the 6-foot-4, 295-pound Lawrence has offers from just about every football power in the country.

Lawrence said he is expecting ISU offensive line coach Tom Manning to visit his high school during the current evaluation period.
