JUCO OL "ecstatic" about ISU offer

One of the top JUCO offensive linemen on Iowa State's radar is a converted high school defensive end with multiple Power-5 offers.

Chaffey College freshman Ronald Rudd switched positions to offensive tackle this past fall and was a quick learner, already securing several offers. Iowa State recently joined the fray and hopes to land the big man for an unofficial visit this summer.

The JUCO transfer says he’s on course to graduate in December and be a mid-year transfer.

In addition to his I-State offer, Rudd has Power-5 ones from Missouri, Louisville, Kansas State, Purdue, Baylor, Washington State, Colorado.

For more on Rudd's recruitment and how ISU stacks up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
