Iowa State first Power 5 offer for Mich. LB
The first Power-5 offer for a Class of 2019 prospect from the state of Michigan has him putting the Cyclones out ahead of the pack.
Clinton Township Chippewa Valley junior linebacker Marcel Lewis said his Cyclone recruitment picked up last month and culminated with an offer.
Lewis, who has been recruited by assistant coach D.K. McDonald, said he’s taken notice of the season the Cyclones are having, especially on his side of the ball.
In addition to I-State, Lewis has G5 offers from Kent State and Central Michigan, to go along with interest from Michigan State, Syracuse, Purdue and Cincinnati.
