Iowa St. visit set for Cumberlander

One day after Iowa State collected a commitment from offensive tackle Jacob Bolton, CycloneReport.com learned from a fellow Roswell, Georgia, native that he'll also be taking an official visit to Ames over the weekend.

Roswell High School defensive end Koby Cumberlander, who has been on the Cyclones' radar for quite some time, is looking forward to his second and final official visit of the recruiting process.

Cumberlander says he has developed a strong relationship with lead recruiter Eli Rasheed, who has made two in-home visits with him throughout the process. The defensive end also has a connection with Bolton from his early playing days.

Two weeks after taking his first visit to Michigan State, Cumberlander said he’ll be looking to make a comparison between the two and evaluating what I-State has to offer.

For more on Cumberlander's recruitment and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
