Healthy Henrich eyes jr. year and fall visits

Iowa State hosted a Nebraska prep linebacker in April, but was not able to see the prospect over the summer camp season because of an injury. Now it appears a fall game day visit is in the works.

Omaha Burke linebacker Nick Henrich, who currently has offers from Iowa State, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota and Nebraska, said he’s looking forward to being back in Ames this season.

With his junior season on the horizon, Henrich said he’s not paying his recruitment much attention at this point, but he does plan to make some unofficial visits in the weeks and months to come.

For more on Henrich's recruitment and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
