Georgia LB gets plenty of Cyclone attention

A Class of 2018 outside linebacker from the state of Georgia has multiple offers from Power-5 programs, including the one he received from the Cyclones early in the spring evaluation period.

Iowa State linebacker coach Tyson Veidt saw Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County junior Braelen Oliver twice, and the recruit said he heard a lot of feedback from him.

The 6-foot-1, 212-pound Oliver has also been in contact with Cyclone assistant Bryan Gasser, as well as head coach Matt Campbell.

In addition to ISU, Oliver also has Power-5 offers from the likes of Colorado, Minnesota, NC State, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

For more on Oliver's recruitment and how the Cyclones stack up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
