Cyclones target Fla. 3-star receiver

Iowa State already has a Class of 2017 commitment from one top receiver from the Arkansas high school ranks, Josh Johnson, and would like to get a pledge from another top target in southeast Florida.

Iowa State assistant coach Bryan Gasser was in to see Palm Beach Lakes standout D’Jaundrae Edwards recently, according to the receiver.

Most of the Cyclone coaching staff has made quite an impression on the 6-foot-2, 180-pound Edwards, making sure the receiver knows he’s a valuable piece to its puzzle

In addition to his one from the Cyclones, Edwards has Power-5 offers from Indiana, Kentucky, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and West Virginia.
