Commit Lee ready for ISU official visit

An Iowa State commitment for the Class of 2018 wrapped up his high school career with an appearance in a state championship game, but now he's looking forward to making the next step.

Unfortunately for Isaiah Lee and his LaGrange Park Nazareth Academy teammates, they weren’t able to get the victory this past weekend. But it was still a great experience, says Lee.

The 6-foot-2, 280-pound Lee didn’t do many interviews during his senior season as he focused on his team, but he did remain in close contact with members of I-State’s staff. He's scheduled an official visit this coming weekend.

Lee also paid close attention to the work the Cyclones did on the field this season, and attended the game against Kansas.

For more on Lee's senior season and thoughts on the 2017 Cyclones, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
