Cinci junior adds Cyclone offer

Another in a long line of Ohio recruits to pick up an offer from the Cyclones is a Class of 2019 prospect that has seen his interest from the coaching staff pick up in recent months.

Cincinnati Elder junior Spencer Bono, who also has Power-5 offers from Boston College and Iowa, said he heard from the Iowa State head coach himself.

The 6-foot-4, 217-pound defender said he got some positive feedback in his conversation with Campbell.

Bono said he’s been invited to any of ISU’s home games this fall, but hasn’t decided when or if he’ll take the staff up on the offer.
