Arizonan visiting ISU this weekend

Iowa State's persistence on the recruiting trail has paid off in a big way, as the coaching staff is set to host a three-star Arizona prep defender with multiple Power-5 offers this weekend.

Mesa Desert Ridge defensive end Jalen Harris is on campus this weekend, getting his first glimpse the Cyclones. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Harris is a three-star recruit and also has offers from the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon State and Washington State.

Although Harris is listed as a defensive end, he would likely open his Cyclone career as an outside linebacker if he signs in the Class of 2017.
