3-star DE set for Ames visit

One of the highest-rated prospects headed to Ames this weekend is a prep defensive end from the Chicagoland area with several Power-5 offers under his belt.

Roselle Lake Park defensive end Jacub Panasiuk said he is looking forward to reconnecting with Iowa State assistant coach Alex Golesh, who has been recruiting him for several months.

The 6-foot-3, 235-pound junior cites the work done by recruiter Alex Golesh as a major reason he is interested in taking a long look at ISU.

Golesh was on campus recently for an evaluation period and spoke with Panasiuk’s head coach.
