2018 RB thinking about jr. day visit

An in-state prospect from northwest Iowa with an offer from the Cyclones and Hawkeyes has continued to keep in touch with two members of head coach Matt Campbell's coaching staff.

Iowa State assistant coach Tyson Veidt and assistant director of scouting Derek Hoodjer are recruiting Sioux City Bishop Heelan’s Saybein Clark, and the Class of 2018 running back said they'd like to get him on campus for a Junior Day.

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound Clark said he liked the progress he saw made in the program during the past season and thinks it has a lot of potential.

In addition to his offers from I-State and Iowa, Clark said he's being recruited by Michigan State, Cincinnati, Purdue, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

For more on Clark's recruitment and how the Cyclones up at this stage of the process, check out a more-detailed story on the ISU Confidential message board.
