2018 OL Ross spends day at I-State

Since picking up an offer from the Cyclones earlier this year, an in-state offensive lineman has done nothing to disappoint the coaching staff that extended it to him.

West Des Moines Dowling Catholic's Zach Ross joined up with Creston's Trevor Downing, a fellow 2018 prospect, on the visit. The 6-foot-3, 290-pound Ross said the structure of the workout especially caught his eye.

Ross, who said he's also getting more attention these days from the Cyclones' in-state rival Iowa, said he spent some quality time with Director of High School Relations Mitch Moore. Since offering Ross a scholarship earlier this year, the Cyclones have certainly had no regrets as the offensive lineman earned an award at the Big Man Camp in Ames.
