Star Watch: Josh Selby
Josh Selby was forced to miss the first nine regular season games of the year due to receiving impermissible benefits prior to signing a National Letter-of-Intent with the University of Kansas. So, when the 6-foot-2, 183-pound guard from Baltimore, Md., finally made his debut last Saturday against USC, the excitement surrounding the game was at an all-time high. Selby didn't disappoint. Against the Trojans, the No. 1 ranked player in the 2010 class, scored a game-high 21 points and was 5-of-8 from downtown. Furthermore, Selby's three-pointer from the wing as time expired off the clock sealed the deal in KU's win over USC. Facing California (6-4; 0-0) on Wednesday night, No. 3 ranked Kansas (10-0; 0-0) will likely need a similar type perform from Selby.
